All guests must arrive 15 mins prior to tour
Tours are offered two Fridays of each month at 6:30
Tour bookings are non-refundable
Tour bookings are unable to be rescheduled within 14 days of tour date
Methods to The Madness

“Sherbert” is our custom-made, 1,500-gallon pot still imported from Frilli, an Italian still manufacturer for over 100 years. It is the first still Frilli has ever shipped to the US. It’s also also one of the largest stills housed in a craft distillery, producing 1,000 barrels of whiskey a year.

In an era of mass production, cost reduction and profit maximization, one important thing is lost: quality. We’re proving that high-quality manufacturing in Detroit is still alive. In distillation, this means selecting the best ingredients, distilling in small batches.

Valentine is one of the few microdistilleries proactively investing in green technology to help reduce the environmental burden of craft spirit production. We’re in the first year of a 10-year climate sustainability initiative. The first phase focuses on reduction, recycling, and reuse. The next phase will center around installing energy generating systems (wind / solar).
